Depressed Zimbabwean Man Found Dead In The UK

A depressed Zimbabwean man who was staying in the UK was found dead in his home in an incident that has saddened the diaspora community.

Mbusi Mzwalili Ndlovu was found lifeless at his place in Coventry, United Kingdom, on Sunday, 20 January 2024. Authorities are yet to reveal the cause of death.

On Sunday, Mbusi just collapsed and died while he was at home. His young son then tried to call him. The little boy got worried after failing to get a response from his dad.

The concerned son called the police, who instantly went to Mbusi’s home. The police found the door locked from inside, and they had to break it to gain access. They found Mbusi’s lifeless body lying on the floor.

A UK-based Zimbabwean revealed that Mbusi was suffering from depression and had not been going to work due to health reasons.

Mbusi Ndlovu’s family is now grappling with the expenses of repatriating his body to Zimbabwe from the UK. His close friend and former schoolmate has since set up a GoFundMe to raise funds for the repatriation of Mbusi’s body to Zimbabwe. Well-wishers have so far raised over £2,000 of the required £6,000.
