TX Money Transfer, a division of Bard Santner Incorporated, a financial service holding company established in Zimbabwe on 1 February 2022, has today been launched in Harare.
TX Money Transfer specialises in advisory, asset management, wealth management, treasury services and remittances in Zimbabwe and beyond borders to countries like Botswana, South Africa, Zambia, Mauritius, the United Kingdom and United States of America. The new money remittance platform, TX Money Transfer promises its customers a new value proposition based on reliability, transparency and efficiency.
“We want to improve reliability, transparency and efficiency on charges to avoid hidden costs and promote collaboration to remove process chokeholds from the sector that have taken a toll on clients who find it easy to send money than to receive due to bottlenecks at the end of the value chain,” said Mr Senziwani Sikhosana, TX Money Transfer CEO.
TX Money Transfer executive director Lucia Chingwaru said at the launch of the new remittance service her company is determined to offer quality and reliable service while building scale and presence across the country in collaboration with existing players.
“It is critical to let clients know charges and hidden costs involved in the remittance process to ensure transparency,” said Chingwaru.
She went further and said she wants emerging players to work closely with established ones to create a hub to deliver what she described as “last smile” payment solutions where there is problem of receiving money once it has been sent.
“Today marks a momentous occasion as we introduce TX Money transfer, a new business specifically designed to cater to the urgent financial needs of individuals and companies requiring swift fund transfers. Our main objective is to bridge existing gaps in the remittance sector by offering a reliable, transparent and integrated service,” added Chingwaru.
Mr Tatenda Hungwe, who is also the executive director for TX Money transfer, said they are establishing a robust and dependable hub that other remittance providers can count on.
“By emphasising reliability in cash disbursement and customer service, this hub will serve as a reliable foundation for providers to deliver steadfast and trustworthy services to our clients” said Mr Hungwe.
