Baba Harare Set To Release New Album “Greater And Wiser”

Zimbabwean musician Braveman Chizvino, popularly known as Baba Harare, has announced that he will release his brand-new album titled “Greater and Wiser” on 3 October 2025.

The Bikita-born Jiti music “King” made the announcement on his social media platforms, telling fans to expect “a mature and wiser man” and revealing that the album will feature a collaboration with Gemma Griffiths. The two previously worked together on the hit track Ndini Ndinaye before Baba Harare briefly turned away from secular music to focus on gospel.

According to the artist, the album’s title, Greater and Wiser, is inspired by the lessons he gained from his gospel music journey, which he says reshaped his perspective both personally and musically.

Having recently made a return to Jiti music, it remains to be seen whether the new project will lean fully towards secular Jiti beats or carry forward the gospel influence that has defined part of his career.

Either way, the announcement has sparked excitement, with fans and rivals alike waiting to see how Baba Harare will fuse his experiences into what could become one of his most defining works.
