‎Minister GUC, Ebuka Songs to jet into Harare tomorrow

Nigerian gospel artists, Minister GUC and Ebuka are set to jet into the country tomorrow ahead of the Mega 8 All Night Prayer Festival set for Glamis Arena in Harare on Friday Night

‎The top Nigerian Gospel icons are set to perform together with local artists Takesure Zamar and Dorcas Moyo at a colourful event which will see top local and foreign preachers ministering.

‎Daughters of Virtue the organisers of the high profile event confirmed the development yesterday saying:

‎”We are ready for the 8th  edition of Mega 8, I want to assure you that now preparations are underway at Glamis Arena at Harare Showgrounds.

“It has been confirmed and reconfirmed that Ebuka Songs will be here  and  GUC will be landing on Thursday,” said Daughters of Virtue in an audio of confirmation.

‎Minister GUC – real name Gift Ugochi Christopher – was born on October 8, 1993. The 32-year-old Nigerian singer, musician and gospel
‎songwriter gained recognition following the release of his first album
‎in December 2020 with the hit tracks All That Matters, Desperate and Yours.

‎Ebuka Songs, real name Ebuka Emmanuel Hillary, was born 10 May 1992. The Nigerian artist and songwriter came to recognition with the hit single “I Will Pray”.

‎Award winning gospel music musicians Dorcas Moyo who is known for hit songs like ‘Tirikutandara, Ndipeiwo Mukana’ amongst several other hit songs, will also stage a performance.

‎Minister Takesure Zamar, a legendary in the local gospel industry, will also perform at the prayer gathering.

‎The highly-anticipated all-night prayer is expected to be highly attended than  before because of the high profile artists who are set to perform on Friday night.

‎“We hold Mega all-night prayer gatherings annually and it attracts plus or minus 30 000 congregants, but this year’s event we are
‎expecting a bigger crowd of over 35 000 because of the musicians on the line up,” said Daughters of Virtue in a statement.

‎Daughters of Virtue is a prayer group registered  with the Evangelical Fellowship of Zimbabwe (EFZ).
