Father Flower Group of Schools Celebrates Excellence, Expansion and Visionary Leadership

Kadoma -Father Flower Group of Schools, in collaboration with the Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education and the Ministry of Higher and Tertiary Education, Innovation, Science and Technology Development, will on Saturday, November 1, 2025, host its prestigious Harmonised Speech and Prize Giving Day at Ngezi.

Running under the theme “Honouring the Founding of Father Flower Group of Schools and Its Continued Support and Commitment to Sustainable Development through Military Leadership Styles,” the event will also mark a major milestone ,the unveiling of two brand-new luxurious Asiastar school buses, symbolizing the institution’s continuous investment in learner welfare and modern educational infrastructure.

Under the visionary guidance of Director General Jimmy Lemekani-Waya, founder of the Father Flower Group, the institution has grown into one of Kadoma’s most dynamic and progressive educational networks. The group now comprises four primary schools and three high schools, with two more schools scheduled to open next year, reflecting both steady growth and a commitment to educational excellence.

Speaking ahead of the celebration, Director General Lemekani-Waya said the Harmonised Speech and Prize Giving Day represents more than an annual ceremony , it is a reaffirmation of values and a celebration of purpose.

“This celebration is not just about awards or new buses -it is a reaffirmation of our founding vision,” he said. “We are building institutions that produce disciplined, creative, and purpose-driven learners capable of transforming their communities and the nation at large.”

Lemekani-Waya highlighted that the success of Father Flower Group of Schools lies in its holistic education philosophy, which integrates academics, sports, and the arts to nurture well-rounded individuals prepared for modern challenges.

“Our learners excel not only in the classroom but also on the sports field and in the arts arena,” he noted. “We believe education should touch the mind, body, and spirit ,that’s how we create complete human beings ready for the demands of the modern world.”

Over the years, the Father Flower Group has earned national recognition for excellence in both academic performance and extracurricular engagement, with its students winning top honours in various national ball games, academic contests, and arts festivals.

As part of its continued growth, the acquisition of the two Asiastar buses marks a tangible investment in learner safety, accessibility, and comfort.
