Woman Arrested for Murdering Husband in New Tafara

Harare, Zimbabwe – A disturbing incident occurred in New Tafara yesterday evening, leaving a community in shock.

At around 9 pm, a woman residing along Bvukutirwa Road and Chipfurira Road, opposite Mwanandishe Primary School , allegedly stabbed her husband to death with a knife following a heated domestic dispute.

According to eyewitnesses and neighbors, the couple had a history of marital problems and had been divorced and remarried for five years. The wife had a child from a previous marriage and one with the deceased, while the late husband had four children from a previous marriage.

The motive behind the murder is believed to be financially related, with neighbors reporting that the couple had been arguing over money.

The police have arrested the woman, and investigations are ongoing.
