Bindura Man Seeks DNA Test After Catching Wife Cheating in a Dream

A 32-year-old man from Chipadze, Bindura, recently appeared on the Tinashe Mugabe DNA Show seeking answers to long-held suspicions about the paternity of his three children.

The man claimed he was driven by persistent rumors and vivid, recurring dreams of infidelity involving his 27-year-old wife — dreams that, in his view, mirrored reality.

According to his account, the couple’s relationship began in late 2012. By 2013, they were expecting their first child and decided to elope.

Their second child was born in 2019 and their third in 2024. While their union appeared stable on the surface, trust issues began to surface as early as 2015.

“I saw messages on her phone while she was communicating with a man named John,” the man said. “She left unannounced while I was sick to go and see John — only to get dropped by a car. That’s when I beat her up. I was hurt.”

This incident, he claims, marked the beginning of growing doubts about his wife’s fidelity. From 2019 onward, he began having repetitive and disturbing dreams that convinced him further of her betrayal.

“Since 2019 till now — 2025 — I’ve had recurring dreams about the children not being mine,” he revealed during the episode.

“I would dream of myself catching my wife pants down with another man in an affair. I dreamt that of the three children, only one is mine”

In addition to these dreams, the man said neighbors began spreading rumors that his wife was being unfaithful.

He said the combination of dreams and community whispers drove him to the DNA show, not just for answers, but for emotional closure.

“These things have been troubling me to the extent that I needed to seek closure from the tests,” he explained. “I’m a dreamer — and my dreams are never just dreams.”

According to him, the couple’s physical relationship had also deteriorated. “Because of the pain, we were last intimate last year and have since separated,” he stated.
