Daughters of Virtue (DOV) an interdenominational Prayer group will be holding three days and nights prayer and fasting for thanksgiving from 26 to 29 November at the Garden of Eden in Hatfield, Harare.
The theme for the event will be ‘Where are the other nine?’
In a statement, Daughters of Virtue (DOV) said, they are expecting a bumper crowd for this event.
“We are expecting a more than last year’s attendence at this year’s event. Last year plus 1000 people graced the function.”
What really happens at *THANKS GIVING CAMP* ?
“As we get to end of the year, DOV believes in going back to God giving thanks to to Him for all He would have done during the course of the year. Just the gift of life is grace, good health is grace just to mention a few points to thank God for. As the theme says ‘ Where are the other nine (9)’, drawn from a passage of scripture in Luke 17:11-19, where Jesus healed ten lepers, but only one returned to thank him. The other nine lepers were not present to express gratitude and were presumably just continuing with their lives after being healed,”said DOV in a statement.

The event will be graced by Prophetess Memory Matimbire, the leader of Daughters of Virtue and other notable people of God.
Daughters of Virtue has several departments, one such is the Singles that held its annual all night prayer gathering this last Friday and the Harare Showgrounds to encourage women, particularly those not yet in marriage to seek God’s grace to wait upon Him for God given partners for holy matrimony. These events aim to provide spiritual support and prayer for women and men seeking marriage.
Thousands thronged East End Hall at the Harare Showgrounds.
Speakers included Prophetess Memory Matimbire – Visionary of Daughters of Virtue, Pastor Anna Moyo – Head of Singles Department. The event was also graced by Minister Nyasha Mutonhori who ushered the congregants to deep worship.
