All is set for Cossy Rules riddum launch on 13 August 2023 as Kadoma’s Zim-dancehall artists showcase their talents.
The riddum was funded by Dr Cosmas Dhaka funded riddum and produced by Brendon Masikini popularly known as DJ Skinner at proper blixqs musiq.
More 30 Kadoma Zim-dancehall artists such as C-Matsotsi, Mostaff, Sparta, C-Bwoy have put their unique styles and lyrical prowess on the riddum and hope to capture the attention of music lovers in Zimbabwe and beyond.
“Cossy Rules riddum” is a project aimed at promoting Kadoma artists and is set to take the airwaves by storm, as most artists in this riddum delivered their signatures flow over a catchy beat produced by DJ Skinner.
Speaking about the upcoming launch, Kadoma Zim-dancehall artists expressed their excitement and gratitude to Dr Cosmas Dhaka, saying, “Cossy Rules is on the right track’. This is very special and important to Kadoma arts industry and we believe his (Dr Cosmas Dhaka) vision will go a long way in promoting as well as marketing us. I want to thank Dr Dhaka on behalf of other Kadoma Zim-dancehall artists for funding this project and we promise to keep delivering great music,” said C-Jah Matsotsi.
As the Zim-dancehall music continues to grow and evolve, promoters like Dr Cosmas Dhaka are pushing the boundaries and setting new standards for what is possible. With his passion and dedication in promoting and developing Kadoma, there is no doubt that Dr Cosmas Dhaka will continue to support local artists and cement his place as one of the top arts promoter in the country.
Music lovers must expect fireworks on Cossy Rules riddum launch at Braiding street in Rimuka Kadama the city of Gold where 7 TV and radio stations confirmed that they are coming to support the Kadoma artists on the Cossy Rules riddum launch.
