Chaos at shopping centre: Kadoma man axed after accusing neighbour of having an affair with his wife

In a shocking incident that took place at a shopping center in Kadoma, a man was brutally attacked with an axe after accusing another individual of having an affair with his wife. The incident unfolded on Sunday, leaving the victim with severe head injuries.

The police have since apprehended Tafadzwa Kavinga (44) in connection with the case, charging him with attempted murder. According to the police statement, Kavinga allegedly struck the victim twice on the head with an axe during the altercation fuelled by the accusation made against him.

“Police in Kadoma arrested Tafadzwa Kavinga (44) in connection with a case of attempted murder that occurred at a shopping centre in Kadoma on 15/10/23 in which the suspect allegedly struck the victim with an axe twice on the head. The victim had accused the suspect of having an affair with his wife,” reads the police statement.
