Zimbabwean socielite Patricia Jack arrested for cyber-bullying

In a surprising turn of events, Pattricia Jack, a prominent figure in Zimbabwe, has been arrested late at night under allegations of cyberbullying. This incident has left many locals in shock.

Law enforcement officers, accompanied by private investigator Tafadzwa Chidawa, arrived at Patricia Jack’s residence under cover of night to carry out the arrest. Jack, who broadcasted the entire ordeal live on Facebook, recounted how the police rang her intercom, but she refused to open the gate.

When Jack did not respond, the officers reportedly scaled her durawall to gain access to her property. Captured on her live stream, the officers identified themselves but were unable to produce valid identity cards or an arrest warrant upon her request.

Confrontation and Arrest

During the live broadcast, the officers threatened to break down her door, to which Jack defiantly responded. After a heated exchange, Jack eventually opened her door, and the officers arrested her, expressing frustration over the delay.

Feud with Former Friend Mai Tt

The arrest follows a series of public disputes between Pattricia Jack and another socialite, Mai Tt. The two, once close friends, have now become adversaries, frequently airing their grievances and revealing each other’s secrets on social media platforms.

Prior to her arrest, Jack went live on Facebook, accusing Mai Tt of defrauding her alleged lover of $30,000. She claimed that Mai Tt had promised lucrative tenders to her lover but failed to deliver, leading to a fallout.

Mai Tt, in turn, accused Pattricia Jack of leaking photos of her daughter. Furthermore, Jack mentioned that Mai Tt had also accused her of having an inappropriate relationship with her father. These personal attacks have only fueled the animosity between the two former friends.
