Disability No Barrier To Mukudzei’s Acting Ambitions

Meet Mukudzei Madhodha Nelvin, a Grade 3 learner in primary school in Sanyati who is defying the odds and chasing his dreams despite living with a disability.
Mukudzei, who was born with a physical disability, has always been passionate about acting and performing. Despite the challenges he faces, he has big aspirations to become a great actor one day.
Mukudzei’s love for acting was discovered by his teacher, Mrs. Masvinhu, who noticed his talent during a school play. Since then, he has been actively involved in school dramas and has even won the heart of many people in Sanyati and surrounding areas for his performances.
Mukudzei’s determination and enthusiasm have inspired his classmates and teachers alike. His message to others living with disabilities is one of hope and encouragement.
“Don’t let your disability hold you back,” he says. “Chase your dreams, and never give up.”
Mukudzei’s parents are proud of his achievements and are supporting him every step of the way. His father, Mr. Madhodha, says, “We are grateful for the support Mukudzei has received from his teachers and school. We believe in him and know he will achieve his dreams.”
