Holy Ten laughing all the way to the bank
Holy Ten has shared that he has increased his Spotify listeners after his recent meltdown and drama on social media.
Taking to Instagram, Holy Ten shared statistics showing that in the past 28 days, he had 104 343 listeners, of whom over 34 728 were new listeners.
The rapper shared a screenshot from Spotify; uncontrollable laughter was in the background. This has led many people to believe his recent posts and comments on shows and social media were a marketing stunt, not actual beef with fellow rappers.
Holy Ten’s recent meltdown
After Voltz JT’s recent album NOP Makoni was released, he had an interview with Ollah 7. He was asked about Holy Ten’s wife and refused to comment. However, Holy Ten found the statements offensive and went on a social media rant.
Holy Ten asked Voltz JT not to talk about him during a show when his album doesn’t perform well. After that, he made a video accusing Voltz of using d_rugs. In addition, he trolled Voltz JT and Saintfloew, saying they are bad English speakers.
Kikky Badass was also attacked and called names when she tried to intervene. In return, the female rapper spilt Holy Ten’s marital woes online, accusing his wife of cheating on him.
Was it a marketing stunt?
After Holy Ten’s Instagram stories, many fans wondered if the public fights were marketing. Voltz JT’s album has had the top ten trending songs on Apple Music.
Kikky Badass has also released a song with South African rapper Gigi Lamayne. Holy Ten has also gained more listeners and is laughing all the way to the bank.
