ZNCC honours Mutare’s Busy Bee Pre-school at awards ceremony

Popular pre-school Busy Bee Nursery School,once again hoisted their flag high when they came out as the 2nd runner-up in the Women in Education and Training awards held by the Zimbabwe National Chamber of Commerce (ZNCC) (Manicaland) influencial women’s awards in Mutare recently.
The ZNCC is a non-profit making membership-based organization that provides services designed to support its members in business development.
Hellen Marange, the Director of Busy Bee Pre-school – incorporating Busy Bee Junior School – was one of the women who received the Manicaland influencial women’s awards.
She said she was excited to receive the award again this year since she last received in 2019.
“I am so proud to have this award today. It is my second award, the first I received it in the year of 2019 and now l have another one,” said Mrs Marange.
Busy Bee pre-school has 15 years of offering services in Mutare central. In January 2025 it will be incorporating with Busy Bee Junior School.
Precious Tariro Guwira, the Director for Helia Paper Flowers was also awarded 1st runner-up in the Arts and Culture-Craft category.
She said her hard-working had resulted in this recognition in the women’s awards by ZNCC.
“I am truly honored to have been nominated as the 1st runner-up. It truly shows that hard work meets recognitions,” said Mrs Guvira.
She added that it has been a journey of ups and downs but with this recognition “my hard work has paid off and the award speaks for itself”.
Minister of Women’s Affairs, Community, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Monica Mutsvangwa and Manicaland Resident Minister Mishek Mugadza were present to celebrate the excellence, resilience and innovation of women who are not only breaking boundaries but shaping a future that reflects strength, sustainability and prosperity for Zimbabwe.
