Kapfupi Begs Sir Wicknell for Another Car After Accident Wrecks His Gifted Aqua

Comedian and musician Kapfupi, real name Freddy Manjalima, has taken to Facebook to humbly plead with businessman and philanthropist Sir Wicknell Chivayo for a second vehicle after the Toyota Aqua he was gifted was damaged beyond repair in an accident late last year.

In a heartfelt post, Kapfupi expressed his gratitude for the first car, saying it had greatly helped him travel to work and support his family.

Dear Sir Wicknell,” he began, “firstly, I thank God for blessing us with someone like you. I’m your son, Freddy ‘Kapfupi’ Manjalima, and I truly appreciate the car you gave me.

It became a vital tool for me to provide for my family and go to work. But unfortunately, ill winds from home struck, and I was involved in an accident that completely destroyed the vehicle.”

He continued, “Baba, they say a child who does not cry dies silently. I am now crying out to you. I no longer have transport and I’m forced to board kombis again. Is there still room in your heart, Baba? I sing with hope that my message will reach you. Baba Wicknell Chivayo, I am truly grateful.”

The December crash was confirmed by radio personality DJ Shugeta, who posted images of the damaged car and updates on Kapfupi’s condition.

Although the entertainer escaped with minor injuries, he is still experiencing chest and head pain.

Now, months later, Kapfupi is not just healing physically but also hoping for another lifeline from Sir Wicknell to get back on the road.
