Global Church Leaders brace for the Today’s Woman Conference to be held in Zimbabwe
Prominent Church leaders from across the globe have started preparing for the Today’s Woman conference to be held in Harare, by holding virtual strategic meetings with their Zimbabwean counterparts. The conference will be held at the Glamis Arena in Harare from the 4th to the 6th of September.
The virtual meetings with organisers of the event are for strategizing the main topics to be covered during the conference.
Special Guest from Zimbabwe at the event will be Visionary Archbishop Professor Eunor Guti from Zaoga Church.
Today’s Woman chairperson Pastor Lucy Kahwenda said several speakers from across the globe have started engaging their counterparts in Zimbabwe though virtual meetings under the theme ‘High Tea’ where they engage each other whilst having tea.
”The first meeting was with the team from America where Pastor Audrey Mutanga of the Rivers of Revival Ministry was the guest speaker,then the second meeting was with Dr Esther Ehinosen Ileogben of Nigeria.
“We have also engaged our Australia counterparts where Dr Grace Mae was the guest speaker,” said Pastor Kahwenda.
The Today’s Woman conference is an event that focuses on prayer sessions for women. It is also a marketing platform for women in different investment sectors.
The conference also focuses on counseling in marriage related issues, leadership training, business networking, skills training, grooming and other areas a women needs in their life.
Today’s Woman Interdenominational Conference started in 2007 with women from all denominations. While many participants were not Christians this is no lomger the case.The conference is held after every two years.
This year’s conference is expected to host 30 000 women from all corners of the world.
Powerful speakers, mighty women of valour coming with different topics will also be in attendance. Registration has been pegged at USD3.
Guest of honour at the event Visionary Amai Guti, will have a morning session with female pastors, prophetesses and all other female founders of Ministries who will be present at the event.
The chairperson of the Today’s Woman platform Pastor Kahwenda said they were looking forward to inspire hordes of women who will be in attendance through visionary teachings.
”We are looking forward to see all women who are coming to be inspired and empowered as well being delivered at the conference,” said Pastor Kahwenda.
