Trending “Sadza Vendor” Arrested For Stealing a Phone
The man who has recently been trending on social media, Mr Chikwava—widely known as “The Sadza Vendor”—has reportedly been arrested in connection with the alleged theft of a mobile phone at a funeral.
The incident was first brought to light by socialite Olinda Chapel, who shared the development online.
Chikwava, who recently received over US$6,500 in donations from social media users who came together to support him. Chikwava also received a residential stand in Nyabira and US$1,000 cash from the CEO of RealtorVille Group.
However, in a shocking turn of events, he was reportedly caught red-handed stealing a phone at a funeral in Chinhoyi. Following the incident, he was assaulted by members of the public before being handed over to the police.
