ZANU activist, Rutendo Matinyarare today issues a video based apology to First Lady Auxillia Mnangagwa, and explains why all this is after receiving a Toyota Land Cruiser and US$200,000, which he has claimed are payments for outstanding debts owed to him for services he provided to remove sanctions on Zimbabwe, though in reality no sanctions were remove at all-The sanctions were actually made worse
