Wicknel Chivhayo Moves Into R160 Million Clifton Home in Cape Town

CAPE TOWN – Zimbabwean businessman Wicknel Chivhayo has moved into a new R160 million home in Clifton, Cape Town. He welcomed guests to the property last weekend and said the house was completed “with utmost class and attention to detail”.
Chivhayo thanked Stephen Pelarade and the team at Pelarade Design House for the work done on the house. He also paid tribute to his late loved one, Ashleigh, writing that her “beautiful and dear soul” continues to rest in peace.
The house was designed by SAOTA and sits on the edge of the Table Mountain Nature Reserve. It has views over Table Bay and Robben Island. Key features include:
