Born in Shurugwi, Zimbabwe, Tagwirei initially trained as a civil engineer before venturing into the world of business. Under his leadership, Sakunda Holdings became one of the largest companies in the fuel industry in Zimbabwe, supplying fuel to several major outlets and even securing government contracts.
