Woman Arrested for Defrauding 8 Men with Fake Child Support Claims

A 35-year-old woman, Nancy Mudau, has been arrested in South Africa’s Limpopo province for allegedly collecting child support from eight men for the same child over 12 years. The men were reportedly led to believe they were the biological father of Mudau’s child and contributed financially, including paying school fees.

Mudau’s scheme allegedly enabled her to build a luxurious house and fund the construction of a tavern. The case has sparked outrage in the Nzhelele Biaba community, with authorities expected to investigate further to determine how the deception went undetected for over a decade.
