“Its Not My Fault Women Love Me” – Musician Carlos Green Who Married Side Chick without Wife Knowing Addresses Marriage Drama
LOVE rat Carlos Green says he is no stranger to multiple romantic affairs and women fighting to have a piece of him — something he claims began during his days in high school.
The Afro-fusion musician claims that women are naturally attracted to him.
The musician has plunged into the spotlight after two women —Melissa and Australia-based Chloe —shared their photographs with him on TikTok, claiming to be his official wives. Chloe, who is pregnant and expecting a child with Green, has been posting videos and pictures of their relationship.
Green paid lobola for Chloe but now claims that their relationship is OVER.
Green also paid lobola for Melissa and the two have been living as husband and wife for the past 12 years.
Yesterday, Green spoke to H-Metro:
“To clarify, I was involved with both women but, currently, it’s over between me and Chloe.
“I did pay lobola for her (Chloe) after we got together in December and I can confirm she is pregnant with my child but we are no longer together.
“I am happily married to Melissa, my wife of 12 years, who has always been there for me.
“She is one of the special people who have shaped me as a man.” Green has apologised to Melissa. “On a serious note, I might be a favourite among the ladies, but at this point, I would like to say sorry to my wife, Melissa, because we have been through a lot together.
“Many people didn’t know her because she is not the type who seeks attention and she doesn’t like social media drama.
“It was only recently that she started hitting back at Chloe, as people kept forwarding my pictures and videos with Chloe.”
The “Vane Mari Vauya” singer noted that Melissa did not deserve all this drama after being his shield for years.
“By the way, Melissa is the one I had from day one and she was not even aware that I was cheating on her when I lost my other lover, Shupie (Shupikai Chapendama), who died in 2020 in DRC.
“I had to fast-track my lobola with Melissa after realising that I was bound to lose her if I didn’t marry her.
“She forgave me, and we have been together again until this Chloe popped up,” he said.
When further quizzed about whether he was married to two women, Green maintained his stance, stating:
“Like I said, I paid lobola for both women but, with Chloe, it’s over between us.
“We only met at a bar and rushed the whole thing but, deep down, there was no affection.
“In short, Melissa is my wife, and Chloe is carrying my child, as simple as that, my brother.”
Asked to reveal his source of income, Green said:
“In my case, I can safely say music is paying off because my shows attract big spenders.
“I might play for 10 people or less but I can tell you that I don’t go home with less than US$1,000 or so.
“I have managed to create a network of people who love my music and that alone has made me unique compared to others out there.”
He added: “On that note, Carlos Green is not a lazy man, by the way, because it’s hard to live a fake lifestyle.
“I do many things, including car sales and transport business, though on a small scale.
“I have some cars registered under the InDrive application, and we don’t sleep on an empty stomach.”
He laughed at claims that he was milking older women for a living.
“The Carlos Green you see on stage and at other public functions is different from the one who works hard for his livelihood.
“I really work hard most of the time doing tough tasks but I always find time to take good care of myself by constantly dressing properly.”
Green believes ladies will continue to fall for him.
“When you see people talking negatively about you then you should know that you are not an ordinary man but a hard worker.
“In my case, it’s unfortunate that ladies end up fighting for me and I have seen it over the years.”
Melissa has come to Green’s defence. “Ambuya ava is bitter because she later found out that my husband was married.
“She is trying by all means to make him lose interest in me.
“I am not supporting my husband but I forgive him… Every man makes mistakes; who can trust a man who has never shamed himself?”
