Philanthropist Sybeth Musengezi says Ministry of Education blocked his efforts to build classrooms in Mt Darwin

A philanthropist says the Ministry of Education blocked his efforts to construct two classroom blocks and a staff house at Mukaradzi Primary School in Mt Darwin.

Sybeth Chomusora Musengezi, who lives near the school, says he offered to fund the project and has documents to support his claim.

The school is located about 20 minutes from the main road.
