Kadoma Agricultural Show Returns 24-26 September With Live Performances, Family Fun

All is set for the 113th edition of the Kadoma Agricultural Show, which roars to life from 24-26 September 2026 at the Kadoma Showgrounds with a three-day music gala and farming exhibitions.
This year’s show, which marks 113 Years in Agriculture, is running under the theme “Sowing Seeds & Sowing Hope” and promises a perfect blend of business and entertainment.
Speaking ahead of the show, Kadoma Show Society Chairperson Patson Madera said preparations are complete and the public should expect a memorable experience.
“All is set to host this year’s Kadoma Agricultural Show. On the entertainment side, there will be live performances for three days. We are calling upon everyone to come and witness the exhibitions as well as the music gala,” said Madera.
Madera stressed that while entertainment is a major drawcard, agriculture and business remain the heart of the show.
“Entertainment will bring the people, but farming and business exhibitions are our core business. That is the major highlight of this year’s show,” said Madera.
“We have created a platform for farmers, agribusinesses, seed houses and SMEs to showcase livestock, farming implements, inputs and new innovations. This is about promoting food security and economic growth for Kadoma,” he added.
He said this year has seen a good response from exhibitors, with companies from across Mashonaland West confirming participation to showcase their products and services.
“Our major highlights will be the agricultural exhibitions and business stands. We want our farmers to learn, network and interact directly with input suppliers and buyers. That is what the show is fundamentally about,” Madera said.
On the entertainment side, seven acts are billed to perform live across the three days. The lineup will be headlined by youthful sensation Crystal Rich, alongside Zimdancehall chanters Ngwere Diki and C Jah Matsotsi, and Sungura musician Lazarus Zakaria. The party will be kept alive by DJs, with DJ Clemmie Dee, DJ Clemmie Jnr and DJ Flash all set to perform.
For families, there is also horse riding, face painting, jumping castles, motorbike displays, traditional Zvigure performances and free WiFi within the showgrounds. Entry has been pegged at $3 for adults and $2 for children.
Now in its 113th year, the Kadoma Agricultural Show remains one of Mashonaland West’s biggest economic and social events. With Madera confirming that all is in place, the stage is set for a bumper show that balances its agricultural mandate with entertainment.
“We invite everyone from Kadoma and beyond to come and be part of this celebration. Come and learn from the exhibitions during the day and enjoy top entertainment in the evening,” Madera said.
