Rolling in Opulence: Wicknell Chivayo Unveils New Million-Dollar Custom Electric Rolls Royce
Flamboyant businessman Wicknell Chivayo, who has recently made waves for his generous gestures and lavish car giveaways, has not overlooked the opportunity to pamper himself along the way.
In a series of Instagram stories on Thursday, Wicknell Chivayo delightedly announced that he is scheduled to receive a custom-made electric Rolls Royce by the end of March this year.
The Price Tag: A Staggering US$1 Million, Tax Included
The price tag for this luxurious vehicle will come close to a staggering US$1 million when factoring in the US$400,000 tax that Chivayo claims the Zimbabwe Revenue Authority (Zimra) requested. However, he nonchalantly dismissed this sum as mere pocket change.
“Zimra has asked for 400 thousand dollars, which is pocket change, come to think of it without disrespect to anyone…💪💰🤣,” he playfully wrote on his Instagram story.
Chivayo also took the opportunity to share a proforma estimate detailing the expenses associated with his customised Rolls Royce. The car and freight will cost Chivayo approximately €520,796.44, equivalent to around R10.9 million or US$562,342.98.
Pride in Wealth: Rolls Royce Sends Wicknell Chivayo Manufacturing Photos
With a tinge of pride, he boasted about how Rolls Royce had sent him photographs of his car being meticulously manufactured, a privilege he attributed to his substantial net worth.
“When you have REAL MONEY 💰💰💰Rolls Royce will send you pictures of your car from the factory…” Chivayo gloated.
He explained that he had chosen an electric vehicle due to the ever-increasing costs of petrol.
“Takaona kuti petrol yakudhura tikati tishandise full electric…”
