Neighbours Demand The Arrest Of The Chitungwiza Mother Whose Two-Year-Old Baby Was Fatally Smashed Against The Wall By Her Ex
Furious Chitungwiza neighbours demanded the arrest of the mother whose two-year-old baby was strangled and smashed against the wall by her ex-lover.
Simbarashe Ashton Machipisa killed little Truth Maphosa on 21 August after his ex, Nomsa Sengwe, Truth’s mother, had gone for an all-night rendezvous with her lover.
Truth Maphosa’s funeral took place yesterday in Zengeza, and there was mayhem. Mourners said Wadzanai is culpable in her son’s death because of her negligence.
H-Metro reported that a neighbour, Wadzanai Choto, challenged Nomsa for loving mjolo to the point of abandoning her children overnight.
Wadzanai breathed fire and disregarded other mourners who attempted to restrain her:
“Nomsa should also be arrested for leaving her children unattended while spending the night at her new lover. We want justice to be carried. Also, she kept going back to Simba wanting money, and this is what caused the whole issue, and as such, she should be arrested for neglecting the children.”
Bitter Ex From Hell
On Wednesday, 21 April 2024, Simbarashe went to Nomsa’s place in Zengeza 5 after she had dumped him. She had not spent the night at home, and the tout found the baby with five other children between four and fifteen years old early morning.
The violent man grabbed two-year-old Truth, swung him and smashed him against the wall. He died instantly as the traumatised children watched.
Neighbours who heard the children’s yells ran to the scene to save them and thoroughly bash the murderer before his arrest.
Nomsa had dumped Simbarashe because he was violent. She told H-Metro that he would sometimes undress her in front of her children to inspect if she had not slept with other men.
