WIFE BUSTS HUBBY AS HE BUYS A DOUBLE BED, FRIDGE, FOR HIS LOVER
A MAN, who bought a double bed and a refrigerator for his lover, was ambushed and caught by his wife, as he tried to leave a shop in Harare yesterday, with the incident causing a scene in the capital.
The man has been identified as Togarasei Matemera while his lover has been named as Lindiwe Sibiya.
His wife was only identified as Ruth.
Lindiwe was in the truck, when Ruth pounced, and she quickly disappeared from the scene.
However, despite his infidelity, Matemera became an instant hit with many women, who witnessed the scene, who described him as a “Super Husband” who knows how to take care of his women.
Some of the women even caused a scene as they pleaded with him to give them his contact numbers despite the presence of his wife.
“Tipeiwo number dzenyu, tazviwona kuti munogona kuchengeta ma girlfriends,” one of the women said.
The incident happened along South Avenue in the Central Business District of Harare.
Matemera was about to reverse his loaded twin cab truck when his wife pounced on him and confisticated the car keys.
Matemera claimed that he had been hired and she asked to accompany him to where he was to deliver the furniture
Matemera told H-Metro that he was the one who called his wife to come to the shop.
“Unongozivawo zvemadzimai asvikoita shanje asi ndini ndanga ndamufonera kuti auye nephone yemwana ndiigadzirise.
“Hey, it’s unbearable but I have since managed it.
“She took the vehicle keys.”
Ruth told H-Metro that Lindiwe has been a thorn in her flesh and she caught them unaware.
“To be honest, I was walking around looking for someone to repair my child’s mobile phone.
“I spotted the two being assisted by shop attendants and I followed proceedings from a distance.
“I was touched to see my husband loading a refrigerator and a double bed in the company of Lindiwe.
“He denied any knowledge of Lindiwe some time ago when I saw her messages on his phone.
“When I confronted my husband, he claimed to have been hired and I got angry and took the car keys,” said Ruth. Matemera’s vehicle was parked for more than an hour as he remained stuck, without the car keys.
