Jah Prayzah’s “Ndini Mukudzeyi” World Tour Dallas Show Cancelled Indefinitely

Keen Mushapaidze, Manager of internationally acclaimed Zimbabwean musician Jah Prayzah, has announced the indefinite cancellation of the artist’s “Ndini Mukudzeyi” World Tour stop in Dallas, Texas, USA, originally scheduled for Saturday, July 5, 2025.

The decision comes after careful consideration of multiple factors, chief among them being planned protests and security concerns raised by disgruntled Zimbabwean citizens residing in the USA. These individuals have expressed intentions to disrupt the event, citing allegations that Jah Prayzah has benefited from corrupt dealings involving controversial businessman Wicknell Chivayo and the Zimbabwean government.

In light of escalating tensions and credible threats to the artist’s safety, Mushapaidze stated:

“The safety and well-being of Jah Prayzah, his band, and our fans are our top priority. After thorough risk assessment and consultations with local authorities, we have regrettably decided to cancel the Dallas show indefinitely. We urge all fans to immediately stop purchasing tickets online, as refunds will be processed through official ticketing platforms.”

Mushapaidze further emphasized that while Jah Prayzah remains committed to connecting with his global fanbase, the current environment poses unacceptable risks. The management team is evaluating alternative arrangements for future tour dates in safer, more secure locations.

Ticket holders for the Dallas event will receive full refunds via their original payment methods. Further updates regarding rescheduled tour dates will be communicated through Jah Prayzah’s official social media platforms and website.

The management extends sincere apologies to fans for any inconvenience caused and appreciates their continued support and understanding during this challenging time.
