Man Dies After Wife & Mother-in-Law Allegedly Pull His Private Parts
Police in Nsanje have arrested an 18-year-old woman and her 32-year-old mother on suspicion of murdering a 25-year-old man after allegedly pulling his manh00d during a domestic altercation.
Nsanje Police Deputy Spokesperson Jabulani Ng’oma confirmed the arrest of Maureen Jambo (18) and her mother Modester Foster (32), both from Nyale Village under Senior Chief Mbenje. The victim was identified as Khefasi Liwichi, Maureen’s husband.
According to Ng’oma, the incident stemmed from a domestic dispute between the couple, leading Maureen to flee to her parents’ home.
“The deceased followed her there, and another quarrel erupted. During the confrontation, the mother intervened and allegedly pulled the victim by his private parts until he lost consciousness,” Ng’oma said.
Liwichi was rushed to Kalemba Hospital, where he was pronounced dead. Post-mortem results indicated that his death was due to internal injuries sustained from being pulled by the g£nitals.
The deceased hailed from Gamba Village, while the suspects come from Nyale Village, both under Senior Chief Mbenje in Nsanje District. Police say investigations into the case are still ongoing.
