Coach Rambo injured in serious Norton Road accident
Popular lifesaver and public figure Coach Rambo, born Victor Kazembe, was reportedly involved in a serious road traffic accident in Norton on Saturday following a collision between his motorbike and a commuter omnibus.
According to witnesses at the scene, Kazembe was travelling towards Harare on his motorbike when a commuter omnibus allegedly crossed into his lane, resulting in a violent collision.
The impact reportedly left the renowned rescue specialist with serious injuries, prompting members of the public to immediately summon emergency services. He was rushed to a medical facility in Norton, where he is currently receiving treatment.
The full extent of his injuries has not yet been officially confirmed.
Police have not yet released an official statement on the crash, and the exact circumstances surrounding the collision remain under investigation.
